To make your reporting of WCDM as easy as possible, we can co-ordinate interviews for you, and advise you of newsworthy stories, angles, and photo opportunities throughout the event. On arrival, check in and present your credentials at the Media Desk. The number of media passes issued to an organization is at our discretion. The Media Desk is beside the registration kiosk on Level 800 (lowest level). All Media must have a Media Badge, so sign in as soon as you arrive! Advance registration (by May 30, 2009) is requested for freelance journalists and web-based publications. Freelance writers should present a formal letter from a publication stating you have been retained to cover the conference. If this is not applicable, then you should provide examples of previously published articles in suitable publications.
The WCDM Media Director will review all media registrations and may decline persons who do not meet eligibility criteria. You will be contacted within 48 hours concerning the status of your registration request.
