CANCELLATION POLICY for 2012

  • Cancellations (must be in writing) made prior to April 22, 2012 will be subject to a $100 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after April 22, 2012 will receive no refunds.
  • Cancellation credits towards the 2013 WCDM can be made in writing anytime prior to the 22nd WCDM.
  • All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
  • Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
  • Pass sharing is not allowed, all passes are for one representative only. Delegates who are caught "pass sharing" during the conference will be escorted from the conference.
