  • 3 hours of interactive & hands-on experience in actual Emergency Operations Centre onsite during the conference

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations (must be in writing) made prior to March 7, 2016 will be subject to a $100 administration fee (plus 13% HST).
  • Cancellations made on or after March 8, 2016 will receive no refunds.
  • All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
  • Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
  • Pass sharing is not allowed, all passes are for one representative only. Delegates who are caught "pass sharing" during the conference will be escorted from the conference.
