This year is all about giving back and, in celebration of our 25th anniversary, we will be making a BIG announcement about our pricing on October 29th that you do not want to miss!

How does the Anniversary Lottery work?

There will be three bucket of pricing available soon. Each bucket will contain 500 full conference passes* with a unique price attached.  We will announce the price of tickets in Bucket #1 on October 29th.  As one bucket sells out, the next bucket of 500 tickets is activated and another price announced.  Once bucket #3 is sold out, there will be no more tickets available for our 25th Anniversary event in June 2015.

The sooner you register, the better your chances are for receiving the best lottery pricing.  Register first and then share with your colleagues!

The pricing we'll be announcing is unprecedented for the disaster management industry - and it's all about giving back to YOU.  This is just one of the ways we're able to express our thanks to an industry that has supported us for 25 years.

The pricing for Bucket #1 will be announced on October 29, 2014.  Registration opens one week later on November 5th.  Good luck!

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations (must be in writing) made prior to March 8, 2015 will be subject to a $100 administration fee (plus 13% HST).
  • Cancellations made on or after March 8, 2015 will receive no refunds.
  • All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
  • Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
  • Pass sharing is not allowed, all passes are for one representative only. Delegates who are caught "pass sharing" during the conference will be escorted from the conference.
