This year we will be offering two very interactive and highly anticipated Advanced Master Workshops:

WS01 - Designing an Effective and Efficient Exercise - attendees will have the opportunity to examine how to conduct realistic exercises that will assure

       a positive impact on the performance before, during and after a crisis.

WS09 - Climate Change Risk Management and Resilience - attendees will have the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the nature of climate

       change threats that may create risk exposure to their organizations in the

       immediate and longer term.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations (must be in writing) made prior to April 15, 2008 will be subject to a $100 administration fee. Cancellations on and after that date are subject to a $300 administration fee.

There will be no refunds for any cancellations after May 15, 2008.

All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Non payment does not constitute cancellation.

This policy also applies to all affiliated conference activities
(i.e. Pre and Post Conference courses, etc.)
