CANCELLATION POLICY for 2009
Cancellations (must be in writing) made prior to April 21, 2009 will be subject to a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations (must be in writing) made between April 21, 2009 - May 21, 2009 will be subject to a $300 administration fee.
Cancellations made after May 21, 2009 will receive no refunds.
Cancellation credits towards the 2010 WCDM can be made in writing anytime prior to the 19th WCDM.
All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
Pass sharing is no allowed, all passes are for one representative only. Delegates who are caught "pass sharing" during will be escorted from the conference.
