CANCELLATION POLICY for 2010
Cancellations (must be in writing) made prior to April 23, 2010 will be subject to a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations made on or after April 23, 2010 will receive no refunds.
Cancellation credits towards the 2011 WCDM can be made in writing anytime prior to the 20th WCDM.
All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
Pass sharing is not allowed, all passes are for one representative only. Delegates who are caught "pass sharing" during the conference will be escorted from the conference.
