Workshop at a Glance
Title:

WS14: Resilience and Crisis-Prone Organizations: A Holistic Approach to Business Resilience

Speaker: Rolf von Roessing/Haemmerle Matthias
Time: 1:00 - 4:00 PM (EST)

Description
Historically, crisis and continuity management addressed the need to recover from critical events. However, the underlying reasons for a crisis or a major incident are often found inside the organization. The workshop will address the notion of "crisis-prone" organizations, and improved business resilience as a tool to create "crisis-prepared" organizations. Participants will learn more about the theoretical background, and practical case studies will be presented.
