Description

Organizational leaders must make high consequence decisions when unexpected disruptive incidents occur. The environment of insufficient time and information, coupled with chaos and stress makes crisis decision making a difficult task., even for the experienced executive.


This session will provide take-and-use guidelines to help participants make enhanced "defining decisions" during times of crisis.

 
Speaker Bio
Bruce T. Blythe is the CEO of Crisis Management International. He has assisted hundreds of companies and corporate managers during crises including multiple major hurricanes, airplane crashes, kidnappings, earthquakes, workplace murders, industrial accidents and executive improprieties. Under his leadership, CMI assisted 204 companies in NYC following 9/11. He personally assists multiple Fortune/corporate executives and crisis management teams with crisis preparedness and response.
