At Intel, the Readiness, Response and Recovery initiatives have been evolving to respond to the changes and risks in our environment so that we can “perform in the storm”. This presentation covers these initiatives, a case study and fundamental thoughts on managing change, balancing risks and mitigation strategies.
 
Speaker Bio

Kathryn has 19 years experience working in the Semiconductor Industry. Her first two years were spent starting up the Environmental, Health and Safety Programs including Emergency Response and Emergency Management at Fujitsu Microelectronics at their facility in Gresham, Oregon.

The past 17 years have been with Intel Corporation working in a variety of positions in EHS for the first 10 years including a 2 year international assignment in Costa Rica. For the last 7 years, Kathryn has been a Corporate Business Continuity Program Manager working with all divisions across the corporation and around the globe.

She is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
