Speaker Bio
Rich began his career in business continuity at Northrop Grumman, where for ten years he headed up the main computer center and its disaster recovery group. During that time he personally directed several successful operational exercises that demonstrated the offsite recoverability of large, classified data centers. For the past several years, Rich has designed and implemented effective business continuity programs for numerous clients through his consulting company RWS Enterprises. His clients include 20th Century Fox, The Weather Channel, DirecTV, Option One Mortgage, Fremont Investments and Las Vegas Police Dept.

Rich is a frequent speaker at industry conferences world-wide. His talks are based on years of practical experiences and are loaded with numerous real life examples. He has also written dozens of articles for leading IT trade journals and websites. In recent years Rich has authored two best-selling books on IT Systems Management and IT Production Services.
