Description
This presentation presents the results from a survey study conducted among crisis communicators. The aim was to understand how these communicators believed the public would act in a crisis, as compared to themselves. The results suggest that emergency communication planning is vulnerable to misconceptions, risking that crisis communication becomes inefficient.
