This presentation will provide understanding of the power victims have, what they go through, why they are difficult to manage, and what victims need to begin a recovery. Participants will also learn how to manage these emotional situations, issues and questions.
 
Speaker Bio

James E. Lukaszewski is an expert in managing and counteracting tough, touchy, sensitive corporate communications issues. He counsels the leaders of companies and organizations facing serious internal and external problems. Senior management and corporate staff functions like Security frequently retain him to directly intervene and manage the resolution of corporate problems and bad news. The situations he helps resolve often involve conflict, controversy, community action, activist opposition, or leadership failure and recovery.
