Learn how Texas overcame this monumental task by partnering with UT Center for Space Research, AT&T, RadiantRFID and Motorola to incorporate RFID, GPS and other technologies into a bold solution.
 
Speaker Bio
Lesia Dickson has spent most of her 25 years with AT&T (previously SBC) in support of Texas government accounts -- developing creative network solutions to solve complex public sector communications problems. In 1992, she was the project manager for the Texas Lottery Network roll-out which installed over 5000 circuits in only 60 days. She has spent the last 5 years supporting the Texas Governor's Division of Emergency Mgt for voice, video and data applications. Lesia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University -Commerce, Texas. She resides in Austin, Texas with husband Randy and son Luke.

Cynthia Zanelli has over 20 years of new product development and marketing experience in the telecommunications market. In her current Business Development role, she is responsible for testing and deploying new mobile applications targeted at all sizes of enterprise customers. Specifically, Cindy is responsible for product management and marketing of AT&T's active and passive RFID solutions, AT&T's Mobile Resource Management offer, and several other enterprise mobile application solutions under development.

During the past 7 years Cindy has focused exclusively on enterprise customer solutions, including the creation of enterprise wireless voice and data offers/bundles that integrate contractually and financially with AT&T wireline services, and the deployment of new managed hosting services such as content distribution networks, security solutions, utility and virtual networks, email archiving, remote monitoring, and application continuity.

Previous to her enterprise assignments, Cindy spent nearly 15 years deploying new consumer services for AT&T. Deployments included Worldnet ISP services, IP communication features, VoIP and data services over DSL, Cable, & Fixed Wireless networks, speech recognition and speaker verification services, eCommerce and eServicing platforms, electronic banking, gaming services, work at home and corporate calling card offers.
