Title: 300: Managing Risk and Resilience in the Supply Chain
Speaker: David Kaye
Stream: Practice and Principles
Time: 12:45 - 1:45 PM (EST)

Description

Supply chain confidence is as much about the design of the relationships as it is about response planning. True resilience needs all the skills of business continuity managers, business strategists, risk managers, and relationship managers.

Incident responses need to accommodate entirely different stakeholders, agendas and sensitivities throughout the chain.
